Every Velvet Blume fragrance oil is crafted with intention and inspected before it leaves our hands.
Because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns once a product has been opened or used. We ask that you inspect your order upon arrival.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@velvetblume.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right — a replacement or full refund, your choice.
All sales on opened or used items are final. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit.
